충분히 익은 느낌의 네비올로... 편하게 마시기 좋다!!

Roero라는 DOCG구역에서 만든 네비올로다. 제비꽃, 잘 익은 라즈베리, 짙은 체리 등의 잘 익은 과일풍미와 함께 달큰한 감초, 팔각과 은은한 흙향이 느껴진다. 내가 좋아하는 스타일의 네비올로는 분명 아니고 네비올로의 고유 캐릭터를 잘 보여주지 않아 아쉽지만, 단단한 구조의 네비올로를 정말 잘 풀어냈다. 셀러링 없이 바로 마시기에는 더할 나위 없다.

Full ripe Nebbiolo...Easy to drink!!

It is a Nebbiolo made in the Roero DOCG. I could feel the flavor of ripe and dark nuances such as violets, well-ripe raspberries, and dark cherries, as well as sweet licorice, star anis, and subtle earthy scents.It didn't show well the unique character of Nabbiolo, but it really soften the firm structure of Nebbiolo. It's good enough to drink right away without aging.
