네비올로 로자토!!

단단한 구조감을 자랑하는 네비올로로 만든 로제와인이라니...! 기대감이 컸다. 새콤 달달한 꽃향과 함께 약간의 장미, 레몬, 라즈베리, 신선한 백도, 피니쉬에서 느껴지는 로즈마리의 허브느낌까지 재밌는 와인이다. 프로방스 로제 와인만 접해봤었고, 때로는 저렴한 로제와인에서 비릿한 철분맛이 느껴져서 실망했던 경우가 있었다. 이 와인은 그런 와인들과는 비교하기 어려운 명품 로제와인이다.

Nebbiolo Rosato

Rose wine made with Nabbiolo, which is famous for its solid structure, had high expectations for me. Along with the sweet and sour note of flowers, it is an interesting wine with a little rose, lemon, raspberry, fresh white peach, and rosemary herb feel at the finish. I've only experience Provence Rose wine, and sometimes I was disappointed to feel the irony taste in cheap Rose wine. This wine is a luxury rose wine that cannot be compared to such a wine.
