품종 : 60% Monastrell, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Syrah

양조 : The production does not exceed one ton per acre. The Cabernet and Syrah vineyards are located at 2,300 feet above sea level with an average vine age of 15 years. The fermentation is carried out separately in small open tank fermenters. The wine is then aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels.

내 취향은 아니지만 괜찮은 와인!

My answer : My wine
마른 검은 체리, 블랙베리의 검붉은 과일에 정향 초콜릿의 진득한 오크향이 더해져있다. 끝에서는 약간의 흙의 숙성향도 느껴진다. 입에서는 산도가 부드러우며, 묵직한 질감과 풍부하나 약간은 파우더같은 탄닌을 보여준다. 알코올의 열감이 꽤 있으나 농도있는 과일풍미 속에 잘 가려져있다. 피니쉬에서는 알코올의 달큰함과 오크풍미가 이어진다. 묵직한 와인이 질리지 않으려면 산도가 좋아야 한다고 생각하나, 이 와인은 그 부분에 있어서 2-3잔 이상 마시기는 어려운 와인이다. 그러나 2-3잔 마시는 동안 강한 인상을 남기기엔 충분하다.

My answer : My wine
The dark red fruit of dried black cherries and black berries is added with the strong oak of clove & chocolate. I can also feel the tertiary note of earth at the end. At the palate, it has a round and soft acidity, a heavy body and rich texture with a little powdery tannin. The heat of alcohol is there, but it is well hidden by the flavor of highly concentrated fruit. The finish is lead by the sweetness of oak and alcohol. I think the acidity of heavy wine must be good in order not to get tired of it, but this wine is difficult to drink more than 2-3 glasses in that part. However, it is a good wine enough to leave a strong impression during two or three drinks of glasses
