[Tasting note]

"노익장"

소박하고 순수한 chianti 출신이 나이가 고풍스럽게 들어있다. Montalcino 출신 sangiovese라면 10년이야 너끈했겠지만, 본인이 형님임을 강조하며 마지막 힘을 보여주는 듯하다. 잔에서는 오래가지 않지만 따른 직후에는 생생한 검붉은 과실과 복합미는 분명하다

M+ Ruby with rim variation of brick color.

M Aroma
As slightly dried fruit diminish, savory matured aroma arise. Hint of wood, neutral barrel. Good complexity.
Red cherry, raspberry, blueberry / clove / leather, game, tobacco

H acid, M+ tannin, M+ alc, M+ body
M flavor, M+ finish.

High acidity of typical chianti. Good amout of tannin which is well integrated, but slightly sandy texture at the end palate. There is more earthiness on palate than nose.

"Still, it is a good wine but starting to fade out. No more airation or decanting. DRINK NOW"
