"보졸레의 왕"

Gamay 100%, 장미 같은 보랏빛 루비색.

내추럴 와인의 고장인 만큼 와인 오픈과 함께 쿰쿰한 환원취가 올라왔다. 정성스러운 스월링으로 환원취를 날리고 향을 느껴보면 신선한 붉은 베리 향과 장미꽃 향이 폭발적으로 다가오고 따뜻한 감초향과 은은한 버섯향으로 마무리가 된다. 기분 좋은 장미향과 달달한 감초향이 오래 머무른다.

5-10년 지난 상태에서 향긋함이 유지되고 layer가 추가된다면 더 멋져질 것 같다.

"King of Beaujolais"

Very good Quality, Powerful flower and red fruit, good structure of well integrated tannin and french oak without disturbing primary aroma. Long finish of violet and licorice.
Might be greater if aged for few more years and added some layer.
