Château de Saint Cosme은 남부 론의 Gigondas 마을 바로 북쪽에 위치해 있다. 이 와이너리는 15세기부터 와인을 재배해 왔으며 Gigondas가 대표적이다.
[Tasting note]
"Typical Syrah"
신선한 검은 과일과 함께 블랙 올리브, 흰 후추, 정향, 삼나무 향이 균형 있게 올라온다. 시라의 묵직함이 입을 채워주고 여러 가지 향이 순차적으로 찾아오니 와인을 마시지만 음식을 먹는 듯한 느낌이 든다. 소스 없이 간을 해서 구운 스테이크와 함께 먹고 싶어 진다. 목을 넘기고도 피니시 짧지 않다
"Typical Syrah"
Aromas of black olives, white pepper, cloves and cedar come up with fresh black fruit. The good bodies of Syrah fills the mouth and various flavors come in sequence, so it feels like eating food not wine. I want to eat it with a grilled steak without sauce. The finish is not short.
