"Chablis와 Sancerre 사이 어딘가에 있는듯한 valuable wine"

레몬, 자몽, 청사과 향과 젖산발효로 다듬어진 높은 산도. 은근히 가는 피니쉬. 와인만 따로 마시기엔 금방 질릴 것 같지만 맵고 짜고 단 한식이나 생선회랑 잘 어울릴 것 같다.

"Somewhere between Chablis and Sancerre"

High acidity but hint of yogurt and brioche make its balance. Simple, clear and powerful citrus. Little bit boring to enjoy whole bottle. Good alternative of Sancerre, Chablis or Dry Riesling.
