[Tasting note]

'풀향기 나는 수준급 보르도'

진한 가넷빛으로 색이 바래있는 올드빈티지 와인. 피망향이 생생함을 잃고 즙이된 것 같은 느낌에, 검푸른 과실의 향, 정향, 삼나무, 그리고 적당한 정도로 익은 젖은 나뭇잎과 흙향까지 즐겁게 마신 와인. 다만 피라진이 살아있어 내 취향은 아니다. 

"It's a high-quality bordeaux with a herbaceous note.

An old vintage wine faded with a dark garnet. A wine has a cooked green peppers and a blueblack fruit, cloves, cedar and moderately ripe wet leaves and earthy aroma. Although pyrazine is too vivid for me.
