The wine was then aged in wood containers, where it was able to mature and develop balance. 5 years after the grapes were picked, and only after another period spent ageing in the bottle

안좋은 빈티지의 BDM, 좋은 밸런스와 접근성!

라즈베리, 레드체리, 블랙베리등의 농익은 검붉은 과실풍미에 정향등의 향신료와 약간의 발사믹식초, 가죽, 젖은 잎이 더해져 전형적인 BDM의 부케를 만들어낸다. 입에서는 산도가 좋고, 구조감이 탄탄한 가운데 탄닌이 잘 녹아있어 밸런스도 좋고 마시기도 편하다. 안좋았던 2017치고 잘 만들었다는 생각이 들며, 오히려 일찍 마시기 좋았다는 생각도 든다.

Bad vintage BDM, good balance and accessibility!

A typical BDM bouquet is created by adding spices such as cloves and some balsamic vinegar, leather, and wet leaves to the ripe red-black fruit flavor of raspberries, red cherries, and blackberries. It has a good acidity in the mouth and a solid structure, and the tannin integrated well, so it is well balanced and easy to drink. For 2017, which was not good vintage in Tuscany, I think they made it well, and I think it was easy to drink when it is young
