[Tasting note]

가슴이 따뜻해지는 피노누아

잘 익은 검붉은 체리, 라즈베리, 장미향에 정향, 팔각등 시원한 느낌의 향신료와 약간의 흙향이 느껴진다. 노즈에서는 정말 훌륭할 것 같은 피노누아로 예상되나 입에서는 알코올이 묵직한 바디감을 형성하며 가슴 한복판이 뜨끈해지는 느낌을 준다. 피니쉬도 꽤 길게 남아 좋은 와인임을 드러낸다. 그래도 내 취향과는 조금 거리가 멀다.

Pinot Noir with some heat

There is ripe dark red cherries, raspberries, and roses, as well as cool spices such as cloves and anis, and some earthy nose. It is expected to be a good Pinot Noir on nose, but alcohol makes a heavy body in the mouth and makes burning sensation. The finish remains quite long, showing that it is a good wine. But it's a little far from my taste.
