양조 : The grapes are hand-picked and whole bunches are pressed. There is static settling of the lees. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled tuns, followed by raising on the less for 8 months.

편하게 마시는 달달한 피노 그리

복숭아, 백장미, 향신료등의 풍부한 향이 나는 가운데 입에서는 당도도 느껴졌다. 갈피를 못 잡다가 향신료풍미를 페트롤로 인지하고 리슬링을 말해봤다. 리슬링과는 다른 중간 산도와 잔당에도 불구하고 높은 알코올감을 체크했어야 한다. 달달하게 마시기는 편하고 심플한 편. 피노그리에 대한 경험치를 올리는데 도움이 많이 됐다

Easy drinking sweet Pinot Gris

While the rich aroma of peaches, white roses and spices was felt, the quiet amount of residual sugar was also felt in the mouth. I had no idea that what grape variety it is, so I recognized the spice flavor as a petrol and called Riesling. Despite the difference in medium acidity and residual sugar with high alcohol sensitivity should have been checked. It's easy and simple to drink sweetly. It greatly helped raiseing my Pinot Gris experience
