꽤 맛있는 NV NM 샴페인

매우 좋은 산도와 약간의 산화적 풍미가 조화로운 샴페인이였다. 입에서 질감은 적당히 부드럽고, 뒷맛이 깔끔하다. 화려한 꽃향은 찾기 어렵다. 샴페인의 근본은 NV 샴페인임을 다시한번 느껴본다.

Pretty good NV NM champagne

It was champagne with a very good acidity and a little bit of oxidative flavor. The texture is moderately soft in the mouth and the aftertaste is clean. Flower notes are hard to find. I feel once again that the basic and essence of champagne is NV champagne.
