맛은 있는데... 돈값을 하는지는 모르겠다

가장 먼저 갖 구워낸 브리오슈 풍미가 농밀하게 다가온다. 이후에 백도, 노란사과의 과일풍미가 진득하게 느껴지고 그 뒤로 은은한 아카시아 향이 따라온다. 약간의 꿀의 달콤함이 향으로 느껴진다. 입에서는 약간의 잔당감이 과일을 더욱 달콤하고 풍성하게 만들어주면서도 산도가 좋아 밸런스도 훌륭하다. 피니쉬는 아주 길지는 않으나 잔잔하게 달콤한 과일과 브리오슈 풍미가 남는다. 아주 큰 특징은 없지만 흠도 없는 좋은 샴페인이다. 다만 이름값 때문인지 가격이 꽤 높아 선물용으로 더 적합하다.

It's good, but I don't know if it is worth its price

At first, rich flavor of the morning brioche comes in. After that, white peaches and yellow apples is strongly felt, followed by a subtle acacia and some sweetness of honey. In the mouth, a little residual sugar makes the fruit sweeter and richer, but it has good acidity to make excellent balance. The finish is not very long, but it leaves a mildly sweet fruit and brioche ay the end. It's a good champagne with no great characteristics but no flaws. However, perhaps because of the value of the name, the price is quite high and it is more suitable for gifts.
