[Tasting note]

묵직하면서도 섬세함을 잃지 않은 와인!

색은 깊은 루비색을 띄는 와인이다. 향에서는 농축미 있는 익힌 검은자두와 검은체리의 향과 약간의 후추풍미가 풍부하게 느껴지고 그에 상응하는 달큰한 감초와 초콜릿향이 조화롭게 느껴진다. 세월이 많이 지나 담배잎같은 숙성향이 만연하나 와인의 힘이 좋아 과일향과 밸런스가 좋다. 입에서는 벨벳같은 질감을 선사하면서도 산도가 좋아 신선함이 살아있다. 호주 쉬라즈와 북론 시라의 중간 어딘가에 위치한 와인이라고 생각되며 정말 훌륭한 가성비와 매력을 지닌 와인이다. 어떻게 구해오는지 알 수 있다면 한두병 더 사고싶다.

Heavy wine but does not lose its delicacy!

The color is a deep ruby wine. At the nose, cooked black plum and black cherry and a little pepper flavor is rich, and the well balanced but generous oak of sweet licorice and chocolate is added. As time goes by, the tertiary note like tobacco leaves is prevalent, but the wine has a good power so that it balance really well with rich fruit. It gives a velvety texture at the palate, but it has good acidity and freshness. It is thought to be located somewhere between Northern Rhone Syrah and Australian Shiraz, and it has a really great value and charm. Once I know how to get it, I want to buy one or two more bottles.
