[Tasting note]

브루고뉴와는 다른 매력...!

중간에서 연한 노란색 와인으로 처음 느껴지는 향은 흰꽃, 레몬과 신선한 사과 그리고 캐모마일향이다. 약간의 부싯돌의 리덕션이 딱 적당한 정도로 느껴지고 살짝의 토스티함도 있다. 입에서는 산도가 살짝은 높다고 생각되나 밸런스를 무너트릴 정도는 아니다. 오히려 기름진 음식이나 해산물등과 매칭하기에는 더 좋을 듯 하다. 규모의 경제가 없어서 그런지 가격이 살짝 아쉽기는 하지만 그래도 가끔 마시면 참 매력있는 와인일 것 같다. 

Different charm from Burgundy!

It is pale yellow wine with some white blossom, lemons, fresh apples, and chamomile at first. A little flinty reduction is added nicely and also there is a hint of toast. The acidity seems to be a little high in the mouth, but it is not enough to break the balance. Rather, it seems better to match with greasy food or seafood. Perhaps because there is no economies of scale, the price is a bit high, but I think it's a really attractive wine to drink once in a while.
