[Tasting note]

예전 경험보다 더 좋게 느껴진다?

중간루비색의 가장자리가 약간의 주황빛을 띄는 와인이다. 향에서는 붉은 체리, 라즈베리의 새초롬한 붉은과일과 약간의 오렌지껍질이 꽤나 농축도 있게 담겨있으며 약간의 장미향이 인상적이다. 오크는 달큰한 알코올과 만나 감초같은 달달한 향신료풍미로 느껴지며 버섯과 숲바닥 풍미가 은은하게 따라온다. 입에서는 중간 이상의 바디감을 보여주며 신선한 산도와 촘촘하고 조여주는 단단한 탄닌이 뼈대를 이룬다. 엄청난 개성은 없지만 네비올로의 아름다움을 가장 순수하게 표현한 와인이라고 생각되며 불필요한 뉴오크로 그 아름다움을 해치지 않아 좋게 느껴진다. 예전에 같은 와인을 마셨을 때 보다 훨씬 좋게 느껴진다. 

Feel better than past experience?

It is a wine with a slight orange rim of medium ruby. In the nose, red cherry, raspberry's taut red fruit and a little orange peel are quite concentrated, and a little rose is impressive. Oak with sweet alcohol feels like a sweet flavor of licorice, followed by a subtle flavor of mushrooms and forest floors. At the palate, it shows a medium or higher body, and fresh acidity and fine and grippy tannins which make firm back bone. Although it has no unique characteristic, but it is thought to be the purest wine that expresses the beauty of Nabbiolo, and it feels good because it does not harm its beauty with unnecessary New Oak. It feels much better than when I drank the same wine before.
