"잘만들고 심플한 뉴질랜드 쇼비뇽블랑"
뉴질랜드 쇼비뇽 블랑의 전형적인 라임, 자몽, 파인애플, 패션프루츠 향이
지배적이다. 풀향은 은은하게 난다. 적어놓고 보면 1차향의 단순한 구조이지만 직접 마셔보면 더 손댈 것이 없다. 불쾌한 고양이 오줌냄새도 없다. 산도도 충분하게 받쳐주고 밸런스도 훌륭하다. 향의 레이어가 뭐가 더 필요하겠는가. 피니쉬가 길지 않고 단순한 구조이기에 89점이라 적어두지만 나는 더 바랄 것이 없다. 2만원 중반대로 구할 수 있으면 짝으로 구매하겠다.
"Simple is the best for NZ SB"
The typical New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Lime, grapefruit, pineapple and passion fruit notes are dominant. The grassy note is subtle. It's a simple structure, but there's nothing more to touch. No unpleasant cat pee smell. There is good amount of acidty and the balance is excellent. Need more layer? I don't think so. Since the finish is not long and has a simple structure, I'll give 89 points but for me it is mid 90s. If I can buy them under $20, I'll buy them in a box.
