[Tasting note]

"섬세함 -1, 농축미 +1, 복합미 +1"

Pinot noir의 섬세함과 우아함에서는 한발 물러났지만, 농축된 과실을 이용해 강건하고 복합적인 맛을 이끌어냈다. 개인적으로 bourgogne에서 단단한 느낌이면 김칫국 시켰는데 김치찌개 나온 느낌이라 살짝 섭섭하긴 하나, 그래도 훌륭하고 맛있었던 와인!

M+ Ruby, clear

M+ Aroma
Powerful red fruit & black fruit (black cherry, raspberry, strawberry). Good amount of clove, vanilla. Slightly aged (earthy, forest floor, mushroom)

Dry, M+ acid, M tannin (well integrated), smooth and silky mouth feel
M acid, M body, M+ to H flavor (more oak and aging flavor than nose)
L finish

Typical Nuits Saint Georges' wine. Poweful, concentrated, and complex. For me, oak is a bit too much, but not overwhelming. It might be better if it is aged for few more years.
