[Tasting note]

"섬세하고 우아한 향, 살짝 거친 맛"


섬세하게 만드려다가 Nuits Saint Georges인 줄 모를까 봐 살짝 흔적을 남겨주는 건가... 향은 참 좋았는데 입에서는 살짝 실키함을 잃었다.

M- Ruby w/ slight rim variation

M+ aroma
Fresh red fruit with some earthiness. Hint of oak (partially new). Well developed forest and earthiness.
Cranberry, Fresh Redcherry, Mint / Clove, cedar / Forest floor, mushroom

Dry, M+ acid, M tan, M alc, M body
M flavor, M+ finish
More savory and earthy on palate than nose but tannin and acidity is little bit angular and rough. Slight feeling of heat on back throat. Some silkiness on mouth. Purity of wine making did showed the good terroir of Nuits Saint Georges.
