"15000으로 와인 구매하려면 이것!"
PX에서 호기심에 구매한 와인. 2015년 vintage에 PX에서 있었으니 fault wine이어도 할 말 없으나 그조차 학습이라 생각하고 구매해본 와인. 특이하게 valencia DO이고 tempranillo 60% carbernet sauvignon 40% 블랜딩이다. 저가 대량생산 와인이라 intensity에서 약할 수밖에 없지만 적어도 oak 떡칠해서 본연의 모습을 숨기지 않았다는 점에서 합격.
색이 상당히 바랜 모습에서 걱정도 되었지만 고고하게 내뿜는 가죽향등의 숙성미가 놀라울 따름이다. Tempranillo 특성인지 terroir 탓인지 낮은 산도는 와인을 심심하게 만들기도 한다.
15000원이 예산이라면 california산 가짜오크 떡칠한 와인에 속지 말고 이거나 마시자

Tertiary note comes first and dried dark red fruits follow. Hint of wood and smoke, which might be came from large old barrel.
Dried red cherry, blackcurrant, mint / cedar, smoke / leather, forest floor
Dry / M- acid / M tannin / M alc / M body / M finnish
It is valuable, also has some layer but hollow on palate and short at the end. Still drinkable because it has purity without any fake oak
