양조 : The fermentation and the maceration take place in stainless steel tanks under temperature control for 15/20 days. After the racking off the best wines are poured directly in the new barrels where it takes place the malolactic fermentation. After one year of wooden aging in French oak barrels, the best one are selected and blended and they have to stay for further 6 months in wood before being bottled.

"집중도 있는 보르도 블랜드... 그런데 익어가는 그린노트를 첨가한..."

노즈에서 피망향이 진득하다. 다른향은 죽어라 못찾으면서 피라진향은 귀신같이 잘 맡아내는 나란놈... 그래도 매콤한 수준이 아니고 잘 익은 느낌이라 맛나게 마실 정도. 조금만 더 짱짱한 피라진이였으면 손이 잘 안 갔을 것 같은 느낌. 블랙베리, 블랙커런트 등 검은 과실류가 짱짱하며, 피망향이 더해졌다. 마른 허브류의 감칠맛과 삼나무 정향등의 프렌치오크풍미가 균형있게 더해진 느낌. 탄닌도 부드럽게 잘 익었고 피니쉬도 길게 이어진다. 정말 좋은 와인인건 알겠지만 개인적 취향의 문제로.

 

"Concentrated Bordeaux Blend with ripening herbaceous note"

Bell pepper nose was dominant at the nose. I am little bit sensitive to methoxypyraxine. Not spicy green but well riped. If herbaceousness was freshier or stronger, I might not want to drink it. Black berry, blackcurrant was rich and concentrated. Bell pepper was added. Dry herb such as oregano with cedar, clove and tobacco. There was so many layers to enjoy. Tannin was huge but perfectly integrated. Finish was long. It is a wonderful wine but not my taste
