양조 : After the manual harvest, the must ferments at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine spends a long time in large French oak casks and it is then aged in the bottle.

"적절하게 잘 익은 훌륭한 BDM"

진한 검은 체리, 블랙베리향이 지배적이고 달달한 감초향과 가죽, 담배잎, 흙향에 약간의 발사믹 뉘앙스까지... 입에서도 산도와 탄닌이 짱짱하게 받쳐주면서도 탄닌도 잘 익어들어가고 피니쉬도 은은하게 이어진다. 약간의 쪼이는 느낌과 팔렛 끝에서 약간의 까끌한 느낌은 있지만 개인적으로 즐길만한 수준이였다. 정말 맛있게 먹었던 와인!

"Well aged, beautiful BDM"

Concentrated black cherry, blackberry note with licorice, leather, cigar, earthiness and slight hint of valsamic vinegar. On palate, acidity and tannin is beautifuly balanced at high level. Finish is long. It is slightly astringent at the end but not a problem for me. I really like to buy another bottle.
