"순수한 피노누아"

라즈베리, 딸기의 붉은 과실이 산뜻하게 살아있어 코에서 기분이 좋아지고 시작함. 은은한 삼나무가 느껴지지만 아직 숙성미는 많이 보여주지 않음. Biodynamic 스타일의 와인이라 그런지 약간의 펑키함도 느껴진다. 잔에서는 펑키함이 점점 사라지고 퓨어한 느낌을 보여준다. 알콜이 들어가서 그런지, 스파이스는 잘 느끼지 못했는데 테크시트를 보니 홀클러스터 발효였다... 끝에서 느껴지는 약간의 탄닌감과 연결을 했었어야 하나? 

 

"Pinot noir with Purity."

Fresh raspberry, strawberry was delightful on nose. Delicate cedar coat the fruitiness. Not aged enought to show aging note. Some funkiness is there probably due to biodynamic style making. At glass funky note diminish and beauty of pure pinot noir arise. I can't fine spice note but... it is whole cluster fermented wine. Still I got slight grip at the end palate
