샤블리를 닮은 뫼르소
상큼한 사과와 시트러스 풍미, 약간의 핵과류가 감지되며 정말 섬세하게 적용된 오크와 크림등의 풍미가 느껴진다. 과실이 여전히 한발 뒤로 물러나있어 브루고뉴 화이트라고 생각했고, 꿀이나 생강등의 숙성향이 느껴지는 것에서 샤블리를 왜 익혀왔을 까? 라는 궁금증이 들긴 했으나 어쨌든 1er Cru 급 이상의 chablis가 가장 적절한 답안이라 생각했다... 그러나 정답은 뫼르소... 가끔 의외성을 갖은 생산자에 놀라기도 한다. 미친듯이 올라가는 브루고뉴 와인의 가격에는 동의할 수 없지만 1er Cru 이상급의 60$ 정도의 샤블리라고 한다면 즐겁게 마실 것 같다.
Meursault or Chablis??
Fresh apples, citrus flavors, and a little bit of stone fruit are detected, and the flavors of oak and cream are really delicate. I thought that the fruit was still a step back, so I thought it was Brugogne White, and 1er Cru Chablis or Grand Cru was the most appropriate answer... But the answer is..."Meursault" Sometimes, I am surprised by producers who plays outside of the expectancy. I can't agree with the crazy price of the Bourgogne wine, but I think I'll enjoy drinking it if it's about $60 Chablis
