[Tasting note]

정말 순수하게 익은 리슬링

아카시아와 같은 흰색 꽃향이 은은하게 올라오고 레몬, 청사과의 신선한 느낌과, 약간의 핵과실류가 느껴졌다. 끝에서 페트롤 뉘앙스가 느껴지는 것이 분명한 리슬링이였다. Technical Sheet상 MLC는 물론이고 Lees contact도 전혀 안했다고 하는데, 분명하게 느껴지는 순수함이 기분을 좋게 만든다.

Pure and ripe riesling

The nose of white flowers such as acassia came up subtly, and fresh note of lemon, green tea, and some nuclear fruits were detected. The petrol nuance at the end indicated that this wine was clearly Riesling. According to technical sheet, it did not undergo Lees contact as well as MLC, but the purity of the wine was really charming
