5만원대에서는 나파벨리가 특출나네...!

지난번 마셨던 텍스트북과는 약간 다른 뉘앙스를 보여준다. 조금 더 진득한 블루베리, 블랙베리 풍미와 아메리칸 오크의 달달한 풍미가 두드러진다. 약간의 말린자두와 흙 풍미도 느껴진다. 거기에 더해 탄닌이 잘 녹아 구조를 만들어주고 산도와의 균형이 좋으며 모든 요소가 과하지 않고 튀지 않는다. 5만원대 카베르네소비뇽을 마신다면 나파밸리와인이 정말 훌륭한 것 같다. 조금은 절제하고 우아한 스타일은 텍스트북 & 잘 만든 Napa valley classic 보고싶다면 루이스 엠. 마티니를 선택하면 좋을 듯 하다. 

Napa Valley stands out in the 40$ range...!

It shows a slightly different nuance from the text book I drank last time. A little more rich blueberry, blackberry flavor, and the sweet flavor of American oak stand out. There is also a slight taste of dried plums and earth. In addition, tannin melts well to create a structure, has a good balance with acidity, and all elements are not excessive and do not stand out. If you drink Cabernet Sauvignon around 40$, Napa Valley wine seems to be really great choice. Textbook for a little moderation and elegant style & Louis M. Martini for well-made Napa valley classic.
