섬세하게 뽑아낸 멋진 BDM
체리, 라즈베리, 장미등의 붉은 과실과 꽃향이 만개하는 가운데, 약간의 우디함과 가죽향등의 복합미가 더해졌다. 색과 향으로 보았을 때 피노누아, 산지오베제, 네비올로 등 여러가지 가능성을 열고 맛을 보았다. 선명한 산도와 함께 촘촘한 탄닌이 입 앞을 감쌌다. 산지오베제라고 하기엔 너무 우아했고 바롤로라고 하기엔 구조감이 부족했다. 결국은 바롤로를 선택하고 틀렸다. 아주 아름답게 뽑아낸 BDM을 경험할 수 있어서 즐거웠다.
Delicately extracted beautiful BDM
With red fruits and flowers such as cherries, raspberries, and roses, a little woody and leathery complexity has been added. In terms of color and aroma, I opened to possibilities such as Pinot Noir, Sangiovese , and Nebbiolo. Fine tannin coated the front area of mouth with clear acidity. It was too elegant to be Sangiovese and lacked of structure to be Barolo. In the end, I chose Barolo and got it wrong. It was fun to experience the beautifully extracted BDM.
