지역 : Italy / Tuscany / Chianti Classico
품종 : 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, 5% Colorino
알콜 : 14%

양조 : One part aged in 3800 litre oak casks and the other in second passage tonneaux for around 18 months.

[Tasting note]

산도가 살짝 튀어서 아쉬움이 남는다

붉은 체리, 라즈베리, 붉은 자두 등 농익은 붉은 과실 풍미에 진득한 감초, 토스트향이 감돈다. 약간은 축축한 느낌이 폴트와인인가 생각하게 하지만 즐기지 못할 정도는 아니다. 입에서 약간 산도는 튀는것이 아쉽고 피니쉬는 깔끔하게 떨어진다. 요즘 입맛이 비싸진걸까? 예전이라면 맛있게 마셨던 수준인 것 같은데 요즘은 흠만 자꾸 보인다.

The acidity is slightly sharp...

The flavor of ripe red fruits such as red cherries, raspberries, and red plums with rich licorice and toast scent. It makes me think that it might be a fault wine because of slight dampy feeling, but it's still enjoyable. Acidity is slighty sharp, and the finish falls neatly. Do I have a expensive appetite these days? In the past, I think I drank it deliciously, but these days, I keep seeing flaws.
