이름 그대로 정석적인 나파벨리 카베르네 소비뇽

색은 기본급 와인 답게 많이 짙은편은 아니다. 노즈에서는 블루베리, 블랙체리, 블랙베리등 검은과실 위주의 향과 정말 잘 익은 청피망, 약간의 정향과 은은한 바닐라풍미가 인상적이다. 입에서는 부드럽게 익은 탄닌이 부드러운 촉감을 만들어주고 기분좋은 산도가 침을 고이게 하여 탄닌이 뻑뻑해지는 것을 막아준다. 끝에서는 바닐라향이 살포시 남는다. 캘리포니아 와인들에 대해 너무 진득할 것 이라는 선입견이 있는데, 이 와인은 주어진 과실의 매력을 잘 살려낸 좋은 와인이라는 생각이 든다. 

Good wine tastes good even when you're young!

The color is not as dark as the basic wine. In Nose, black fruits such as blueberries, black cherries, and blackberries, a really ripe green bell pepper, a little cloves, and a subtle vanilla flavor are impressive. In the mouth, the soft ripe tannin creates a smooth texture and the pleasant acidity makes you salivate, preventing tannin from becoming stiff. At the end, the scent of vanilla remains. I usually have a stereotype that California wines will be too rich, which I think is a good wine that makes good use of the charm of a given fruit.
