템프라니요만 만나면 항상 헤맨다

검붉은 과실에 달큰한 오크향이 진득하다. 약간은 아메리칸 오크의 뉘앙스가 느껴진다. 숙성향은 진하지는 않다. 입에서는 산도가 많이 높지는 않고 탄닌이 입 전체를 부드럽게 쪼아주며 알콜이 높아 무거운 바디감을 부여한다. 피니쉬는 오크의 풍미가 더 오래남는다. 아메리칸 오크를 키 아로마로 잡고 산도가 많이 높지 않음, 피라진과 로툰돈이 캐치되지 않음을 힌트삼아 접근하였으나 생각보다 탄탄한 구조감에 호주 쉬라즈를 골라내었다. 접근은 좋았으나 마지막 콜이 아쉽다. 지난번 마셨던 리오하의 가우디움은 산도가 꽤나 좋았는데 이녀석은 조금 아쉽다. 그러나 밸런스 좋게 잘 만든 와인임은 확실하다. 

Always get wrong with tempranillo

The dark red fruit is coved with rich sweet oak. I feel a little bit of the nuance of American Oak. Aging note is not strong. The acidity in the mouth is not very high, and quite grippy tannin covering the entire mouth, and the alcohol is high, giving it a full body feeling. Finish has a longer oak flavor. I took American Oak as a key aroma and approached it as a hint that the acidity was not very high, and pirazine and rotundon were not caught. So, I picked out Australian Shiraz because it has a stronger structure. The approach was good, but the last call was disappointing. The acidity of Gaudium from Rioja that I drank last time was quite good, but this wine is a little disappointing. But it's definitely a well-balanced wine.
