[Tasting note]

농축미는 아쉽지만 밸런스는 훌륭한 와인!

잘익은 복숭아, 살구, 사과에 바닐라와 은은한 크림향이 얹어져있다. 노즈에서는 조금더 산뜻한 느낌이지만 입에서는 풍성한 과실미를 보여준다. 산도가 낮지 않으면서도 날카로운 단면이 잘 다듬어져있어 질감도 훌륭하다. 과실의 농축미는 아쉬운점이나 브루고뉴 레지오날 등급임을 감안한다면 훌륭한 와인이라고 생각한다. 아직 가격이 착한 생산자인 듯 한데, 상위등급의 와인도 궁금해진다.

A bit lack of the concentration but the balance is great!

Well-riped peaches, apricots, and apples are topped with vanilla and a subtle creamy note. It feels fresh and live at the nose, but slight richer at the palate. It has beautiful texture with well trimmed acidity. The concentrated taste of fruit is slightly low, but I think it is a great wine considering that it is of the Brugogne region wine. It seems that it is still good price bourgogne wine, so that I am also curious about the upper grade wine.
