[Tasting note]

짭짤한 미네랄리티와 순수한 과실미가 돋보이는 리슬링

모젤의 와인답게 잘 익은 느낌의 밝은 시트러스, 청사과, 약간의 백도의 순수한 풍미가 잘 드러나며, 약간의 흰꽃향과 짭짤한 슬레이트석의 미네랄리티도 갖췄다. 짱짱한 산도로 이뤄진 구조감은 충분히 익혀마시기에도 좋을 듯 하다. 가격이 좋으니 직접 셀러링을 해서 나중에 어떤 모습을 보이는지도 궁금한 와인이다 

Riesling with salty minerality and pure fruit

Like the wines of Mosel, the pure flavors of ripe & bright citrus, green apples, and a little white peach are well revealed, with a little white flower and salty slate minerality. The structure with strong acidity seems to be good for aging. The price is good, so I'm curious of this wine looking like after sellering it for few more years
