가볍지만 밸런스 좋은 Bordeaux AOC의 정석...!!

와인을 매번 비싼것을 마실 수는 없다. 음식과 함께할 때는 페어링만 좋다면 이런 가벼운 와인을 즐기는 것도 나쁘지 않다. 검푸른 카시스와 블랙베리의 직관적인 과실과, 약간의 꽃향과 함께 청피망의 매콤한 향이 실려있다. 오크는 삼나무의 우디한 느낌정도만 주기 때문에 섬세한 과실을 해치지 않는다. 산도가 좋아 다음잔을 마시기 편하고, 탄닌이 적당하여 거슬리지 않는다. 전체적으로 밸런스는 매우 좋은 와인이다. 

Light but balanced! The standard of Bordeaux AOC!

We can't drink expensive wine every time. When it comes with food, it's not bad to enjoy this light wine as long as the pairing is good. It gives some fruit of dark blue berry like cassis and blackberries, and the spicy note of green bell peppers with a hint of flower. Oak only gives the woodiness of cedar not overwhelming delicate fruits. The acidity is good, so it is easy to drink the next glasses, and the tannin is enjoyable. Overall, this wine has a great balance.
