양조 : Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel, wood and concrete vats, manual punching down, pumping over, maceration for about three weeks. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging for 22 months in 100% new barrels.

몸쪽 꽉 찬 돌직구 같은 와인?!

블랙 커런트, 블랙베리, 블랙체리의 잘 익은 과실느낌이 정말 응축된 밀도로 맞이하며, 잘 익은 피라진의 청피망과 약간의 제비꽃이 은은하게 입혀있다. 달큰한 바닐라, 코코아, 감초의 오크뉘앙스가 응축된 과실풍미와 환상적인 밸런스를 이룬다. 이 와인은 아직 20대 청춘의 모습처럼 숙성향을 드러낼 기미를 보이지 않는다. 입에서는 산도가 중간+정도이며, 아주 풍성한 볼륨과 벨벳같은 질감을 보여준다. 구조감도 여느 Merlot보다 뛰어나 마치 Carbernet Sauvignon이 섞인듯한 느낌을 준다. 분명 10년은 최소 숙성시켜야 하는 와인이지만... 지금 마셔도 황홀감을 주기에 충분하다. 

Wine like a full in-course 100mph four sim fast ball !

The ripe & dense fruit of black current, blackberry, and black cherry come infront and the bell pepper of ripe pyrazine and some violets are subtly coated. The sweet vanilla, cocoa, and licorice oak nuiance balance fantastically with the condensed fruit flavor. This wine does not show its tertiary note, as if it is in their 20s. At the mouth, it has a medium + acidity and shows a very rich volume and velvety texture. The structure is also good enought to say that it is Merlot, giving it a feeling of Carbernet Sauvignon blended wine. It's definitely a wine that needs to be aged for at least 10 years, but... Drinking now is enough to feel gorgeousness
