쌉쌀한 맛을 남기는 구조감과 약간의 절제된 과실미... 그러나 밸런스는 훌륭!

정적인 시트러스, 배, 노란사과등의 풍미와 브리오슈의 이스트 풍미가 인상적이다. 입에서는 약간의 쵸키한 구조감과 신선하지만 잘 절제된 산도, 부드러운 질감이 인상적이다. 피니쉬에서 약간의 쵸키함 또는 쌉쌀함을 남기는 것은 약간의 흠. 블랑 드 누아인 만큼 화려함은 없으나 탄탄함은 갖춘 듯하다. 블랑 드 블랑을 더 좋아하지만 이정도 가격이면 종종 찾아마셔보겠다.

It leaves a bitter taste and a bit of restrained fruitiness... But the balance is great

The flavor of calm citrus, pear, yellow apple and the yeast flavor of brioche are impressive. Palate is impressive with a little chalky structure, fresh but well-controlled acidity, and soft texture. Leaving a little bit of chalky or bitter in the finish is a bit of a blemish. As it is Blanc de Noir, there is no beauty, but it seems to have solidity. I prefer Blanc de Blanc, but at this price, I will often look for it.
