향신료 풍미가 진득한 CDP

약간의 붉은 과실위주의 산뜻한 과일향과 약간의 알코올감, 정향, 팔각등의 진득한 오크풍미와 로즈마리, 흑후추등의 알싸한 허브향등 다채로운 향이 느껴진다. 생각보다 강력한 탄닌감이 전체적인 맛을 방해하는 경향이 있다. 산도는 탄닌과 알코올에 살짝 눌려있다. 피니쉬에서는 담배의 풍미가 살짝 남는다. 강력한 캐릭터의 연속이지만 잘 맞지않는 오케스트라를 보는 느낌이다...

CDP with a rich flavor of spices..

There are a variety of notes, including a fresh red fruit, some alcohol heat and rich oak flavor of cloves and star anis, and  and a pungent herb note of rosemary and black pepper. Strong & rough tannin tends to interfere with the overall palate. The acidity is slightly flat compared to tannin and alcohol. A bit of tobacco left at the finish. It's a series of powerful characters, but it feels like I'm watching an unharmonious orchestra...
