초보자도 편하게 즐길 수 있는 리즐링

드라이 리슬링을 생각하고 열었으나 약간의 잔당감에 놀랐다. 그래도 신선한 레몬, 신선한 백도, 아카시아꽃의 풍미가 신선하고 기분좋으며, 약간의 화약같은 돌가루향이 첨가되어 복합미를 부여한다. 입에서는 산도가 매우 신선하게 유지되나 날카로운 끝은 잘 다듬어져있고, 약간의 잔당감이 2021년 와인이 얼마나 잘 익었는지를 대변해준다. 약간의 짭짤한 느낌도 인상적이다. 산도가 좋고 향이 풍부하며 약간의 잔당감 때문인지 초보자랑 즐겨도 매우 좋은 와인이였다.

Easy Riesling for beginners to enjoy!!

I opened it thinking about dry Riesling, but I was surprised by the feeling of residual sugar. Nevertheless, the flavor of fresh lemons, fresh white peaches, and acacia flowers is vivid and pleasant, and a slightly flint-like stone powder scent is added to give a complexity. The acidity is maintained very fresh in the mouth, but the sharp ends are well-trimmed, and some residual sugar represents how well the wine ripened in 2021. The slightly salty feeling is also impressive. It was a very good wine to enjoy with beginners, perhaps because of its acidity and rich aroma and a slight sense of sweetness.
