[Tasting note]

남부 이탈리아의 바롤로, 가끔 만날 때 마다 놀라운 타우라시!!

블랙베리, 블랙체리, 감초, 코코아, 젖은 잎, 흙의 풍미가 강렬하고 농축되어있다. 입에서는 높은 산도와 단단하고 약간은 거친 탄닌과 피니쉬에서 남는 흙 등의 숙성향이 인상적이다. 엄청나게 강렬한 풍미들과 질감 산도들이 첨예하게 다투면서도 잘 조화를 이룬다. 쵸키한 탄닌은 5-10년 더 숙성될 경우 좋아질 것이라고 소리치고 있다. 가격도 저렴해서 사지 않을 이유가 없다 

Taurasi : Barolo of Southern Italy & Amazing wine!!

The flavor of blackberries, black cherries, licorice, cocoa, wet leaves, and soil is intense and concentrated. From the palate, it is impressive with its high acidity, hard and slightly rough tannins, and earthiness left with a finish. The acidity of the very strong flavor and texture is sharply contested and harmonized well. Chalky tannin is shouting that it will be better if it aged for another 5 to 10 years. Can't help but buy because it's cheap
