[Tasting note]

고목의 굳셈과 우아함을 보여주는 듯한 와인

블랙베리, 블랙체리, 커런트, 제비꽃의 풍미가 고혹스럽게 펼쳐지고 피라진은 잘 익어서 민트와 피망의 경계에 있는 느낌이다. 오크를 충분히 사용하여 정향이나 카카오의 풍미가 느껴지지만 밸런스가 환상적이다. 입에서는 산도가 높고 탄닌도 많으나 잘 녹아들어있으며 입자가 촘촘하다. 입에 향수를 뿌리듯 민트와 제비꽃의 피니쉬가 정말 길다. 전반적으로 밸런스가 좋으며 어느 요소도 튀지 않아 우아하면서 힘이 있는 고목같은 인상을 주는 와인이다.

Wine that shows the firmness and grace of old tree

The flavors of blackberries, black cherries, current and violets spread seductively, and pyrazine ripens well and feels like it's on the border between mint and bell peppers. There are plenty of oak such as clove and cacao, but the balance is fantastic. It has high acidity and high but well integrated, fine tannin. Mint and violet leads the long finish like spread of perfume in the mouth. Overall, it is a well-balanced wine that gives the impression of an elegant and powerful old tree without putting foward of any elements.
