섬세한 와인 vs 연약한 와인...

레드체리, 라즈베리의 상큼한 붉은 과실향이 인상적이다. 이런 과일 뉘앙스를 갖고있다면 절대 Cabernet Sauvignon으로 생각하지 않았을 것 같다. 추가적으로 민트향, 담배향, 삼나무, 정향, 제비꽃향이 다양하게 풍겨온다. 다만 향의 강도는 다른 와인들처럼 진하지는 않다. 입에서는 산도가 매우높고 탄닌이 섬세하고 부드러우며 피니쉬에서 담배향과 정향이 이어진다. 섬세하고 우아한 와인임에도 힘이 약하다고 판단하여 점수를 낮게 책정했다. 그런데 열어보니 가장 기대했던 사시까이아... 아직은 내가 섬세함과 연약함을 구별할 능력이 없는 듯 하다.

Delicate wine vs weak wine...

The fresh red fruit note of red cherries and raspberries is impressive. With this fruit nuance, I would never have thought it was Cabernet Sauvignon. In addition, mint, tobacco, cedar, clove, and violets come in. However, the aroma is not as strong as other wines. The acidity is very high in the mouth, the tannin is delicate and soft, and the note of tobacco and clove lead the finish. Although it is a delicate and elegant wine, it was judged to be weak and scored low. But when I opened it, I found out that it is the most anticipated Sassicaia... I still don't seem to have the ability to distinguish between subtlety and weakness.
