그랑크뤼의 명성에 누가되는...
2018빈티지가 더웠던 탓 인지, 잘 익은 복숭아나 익힌 배의 느낌이 강했다. 꽃향은 조금 약하게 감지되었다. MLF를 과일 퀄리티에 비해 과하게 한 듯, 너무 느끼하고 꼬릿한 향이 좋은 인상을 주진 않는다. 입에서는 산도가 좋고 질감이 부드러우며 끝에서의 자갈같은 미네랄리티도 있다. 맛있게 마실법한 와인이지만 그랑크뤼의 에티켓을 달고 나오기는 조금 부끄럽다.
Not Deserve to be Grand Cru...
Perhaps because the 2018 vintage was hot, it has fruits of ripe peaches or ripe pears. The note of the flowers was a bit weak. MLF is excessive for its fruit quality, so that it has greasy and cheesy aroma which does not give a good impression. At the palate, it has a good acidity, a soft texture, and a gravel-like minerality at the end. It's a good wine to drink, but it's a little embarrassing to get the etiquette of Grand Cru.
