[Tasting note]

진지하고 멋진 와인... 취향과는 거리가 있는

앞에서 마셨던 같은 생산자의 뫼르소 보다 조금 더 진한색을 띈다. 향에서는 잘 익은 파인애플과 황도의 뉘앙스로 좀 더 잘 익은 과일느낌을 준다. 또한 오크를 더 적극적으로 활용하여 헤이즐넛, 토스트, 바닐라의 풍미가 진하게 다가온다. 끝에서는 돌과 같은 짭짤한 느낌도 감지된다. 입에서는 확실히 무게감이 있으며, 유질감과 적절한 산도 그리고 끝에서의 짭짤한 피니쉬까지 훌륭하다. 맛있는 와인이지만 내 취향에는 오크가 좀 더 빠지고 신선한 스타일이면 좋을 것 같다.

Serious and great wine.... But not my taste

It has more color than the same producer's Meursault. At the nose, pineapples and yellow peach nuances give a more ripeness feeling. In addition, by using more oak and previous one (Meursault), the flavor of hazelnuts, toast, and vanilla is condensed. At the end, a salty feeling like a stone is also detected. There is definitely some volume in the mouth, and the oily texture, proper acidity, and the salty finish at the end are really good. Delicious wine but in my taste it would be nice to have a fresh style with lesser oak.
