[Tasting note]
"시음적기의 끝에서..."
분명하게 느껴지는 말리고 익힌 블랙체리, 블랙커런트 향 위로 은은한 바닐라향과 정향의 오크향이 깔리며 그 위로 두텁게 젖은 흙, 버섯등을 덮어둔 것 같은 느낌. 드라이하고, 알콜은 튀지 않으며 산도가 좋다. 시작은 부드럽게 넘어오지만 마지막에 약간의 까끌한 탄닌이 입 뒤쪽에 남는다.

Dry and cooked black cherries, blackcurrant, with a subtle vanilla and cloves of oak, and it feels like it's covered with thick wet soil and mushrooms. It is dry, alcohol does not hit the back and has good acidity. The beginning is smooth, but at the end, some rough sandy tannin remains behind the palate.
