"오크를 칠하지 않아도, 참기름을 떨어트리지 않아도 맛있네"

백도, 파인애플, 노란사과의 산뜻함이 잘 살아있으면서 신선한 미네랄 느낌이 기분 좋게 다가오고, 약간의 요거트향과 오크풍미가 잔잔했던 와인. 산도도 좋고 약간의 유질감이 모든걸 포장해주는 느낌이였다. 샤르도네에서 고소함이 과하지 않고 은은하면서 신선한 느낌이 있을 때 정말 맛있게 마시는 것 같다.

White peach, pineapple, yellow apple is freshly alive. There is good amount of crisp minerality with some yogurt, woody flavor. Good amount of acidity and some oilliness is raping all those flavor in to beautiful package. Not too oaky, and not too oily but It is still good...
