내겐 오키하고 느끼해서 잘 맞지 않는 스타일

가장 전형적인 신대륙의 과실 풍미가 강하고 오크도 달큰하게 강렬한 스타일이라 블라인드를 맞추는 것은 어렵지 않았다. 다만 알코올이 높아서 그런지 생각보다 어리다고 판단을 하였으나 2013년 빈티지로 10년차 화이트였다. 샤도네이가 워낙 대중적인 품종이라 자주 접하기는 하나, 굳이 내가 사먹는다면 좀더 시원한 기후대에서 나온 산도가 살아있는 화이트와인을 선택할 것 같다.

It's a style that doesn't fit me well because it's too oky and greasy.

It was not difficult to find what it is in blinds because the most typical New World chardonnay. It has punch of fruit and american oak. However, I judged that I was younger than it is. However, it is 10 years old wine. I think it feel like youger wine that it is because of the high alcohol content. Chardonnay is such a popular grape variety that I often enjoy, but if I buy it, I think I will choose white wine with more acidity from a cooler climate.
