[Tasting note]

과실에 비해 오크가 좀 과했던...

색은 완벽한 가넷색으로 익어있었다. 향에선 제비꽃 레드체리, 라즈베리향이 깔려있고, 바닐라, 삼나무, 초콜릿향이 지배적이다. 발사믹 식초의 숙성미도 잘 느껴진다. 엔트리급 바롤로이지만 조금은 오크 풍미를 줄이고 과실의 순수함을 즐기는 것이 내 취향에는 더 맞는 것 같다.

The oak was a little too much for the fruit. 

The color was ripe pefectly for the garnet. At the base, there is violet red cherries and raspberries, and the vanilla, cedar and chocolate flavors dominatly cover the fruits. I can also feel the aged note of balsamic vinegar. It's an entry-level barolo, but I think it suits my taste better to reduce the flavor of the oak a little and enjoy the purity of the fruit.
