피노누아로 인정하기 힘들다...

블랙베리, 검은자두, 블루베리 풍미에 초콜릿, 바닐라 풍미가 짙게 깔려있고, 약간의 가죽향이 숙성향으로 느껴졌다. 신대륙 보르도 품종일까? 하고 곰곰히 느껴보면 피라진이나 그린 노트가 전혀 없다. 쉬라즈일까? 생각해보면 꽃향이나 후추등의 향신료향은 느껴지지 않는다. 산지오베제 베이스의 슈퍼투스칸일까? 산도가 너무 쳐진다. 정말 모르던 차에 가져오신 분이 미국와인으로 한정지어 주셨고, 진판델의 건포도향과 잔당감까지 배제하고 나니, 결국 정답은 피노누아뿐이겠거니 하고 오레곤 피노누아를 콜했다. 정답은 캘리포니아 피노누아... 우리가 비싼 돈을 주고 피노누아를 즐기는 이유는 그 섬세하고 여린 아름다움을 느끼기 위함이 아닌가? 솔직히 말하면 맛은 있었지만, 피노누아임을 알고 난 순간... 허무해져버렸다.

At nose blackberries, black plums, blueberry flavors with rich chocolate and vanilla flavor, and some leather note are there. Is it the New World Bordeaux variety? When I thought about it carefully, I found that there were no pyrazine(green notes) at all. Is it Shiraz? When I think about it, I can't feel the note of flowers or spices such as pepper. Is it Sangiovese-based Super Tuscan? The acidity is too low. Man who brought this wine said that it is an American wine. Since there is no residual sugar and raisin note, I can rule out the Zinfandel so that I can call Pinot noir from Oregon. The answer is Pinot Noir in California. Isn't the reason why we pay so much to enjoy Pinot Noir to feel its delicate and sophisticated beauty? To be honest, it was delicious, but the moment I found out that it was Pinot Noir... I felt weird
