품종 : 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah
알콜 : 14%

양조 : 10 months, 70% in oak barriques, 2nd, 3rd and 4th use, 30% in concrete. Bottling: January 2022

[Tasting note]

균형감은 좋다. 농축미는 아쉽다.

째미한 붉은과실과 은은한 민트와 제비꽃향이 어울어진 묵직한 와인이다. 약간의 째미한 뉘앙스와는 달리 산도가 살아있고, 탄닌은 촘촘하게 존재감을 드러낸다. 탄탄한 구조감과 풍부한 과실, 은은한 향신료 풍미가 매력적인 와인이다. 다만 첫인상에 비해 힘이 약한 피니쉬는 아쉽다

Good balance. Slightly weak concentration

A wine with jammy red fruit and hints of mint and violet. Despite the subtle jam like nuances, the acidity is fresh and the tannins are fine. A well-structured wine with plenty of fruit and a hint of spice. However, the finish that is weaker than the first impression is disappointing
