[Tasting note]

달달한 기본급 리슬링

레몬 라임의 상큼한 시트러스와 제스트 느낌, 청사과, 약간의 젖은 돌의 향이 전형적인 리슬링 느낌을 준다. 입에서는 약간의 잔당이 분명하게 느껴지고 상큼한 산도와 깔끔한 맛이 잘 어울어진다. 명란파스타와 페어링을 하였는데 산미와 잔당감이 비릿한 감칠맛을 주는 명란파스타와 궁합이 좋았다 

Entry level sweet Riesling

Lemon & lime's refreshing citrus and zest feel, green apple, and the note of a little wet stone give a typical riesling feel. A little residual sugar is clearly felt in the mouth, and the fresh acidity and clean taste go well together. I paired it with Mung-ran pasta, and it went well with it, which has a fishy and savory taste
