양조 : pressed whole bunch and then fermented with natural yeast in older French oak barrels. Sulphured after primary fermentation to prevent MLF, followed by 12 months maturation on the lees.

[Tasting note]

짭짤한 맛이 인상적인 슈냉블랑

향에서는 마지팬, 젖은울, 배, 노란사과, 레몬, 약간의 바닐라와 토스트 풍미가 적절하게 조화롭다. 2020빈티지의 어린 와인임에도 약간의 산화적인 느낌을 준다. 입에서는 짭짤한 맛과 신선한 산도, 약간의 씁쓸한 끝맛이 느껴지고 피니쉬도 은은하게 이어진다. 슈냉블랑이라는 품종이 익숙하지는 않으나 저렴한 가격에 괜찮은 품질의 와인을 만나는 것 같다 

Impressive Chenin Blanc with saltiness

At the nose, marzipan, wet wool, pears, yellow apples, lemons, a little vanilla and toast are properly harmonized. Even though it's a young wine of 2020 vintage, it gives it a little bit of an oxidizing nuiance. At the palate, I can feel the saltinesse, fresh acidity, and a bit of a bitter end, and the finish continues subtly. I'm not familiar with the varierty Chenin Blanc, but I think I'm happy to try it more because it often show some quality at valuable price range
